1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the tas7 platform (accessible at tas7.net and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications released by tas7), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and binding agreement between you (the player) and tas7 with respect to your use of the platform and all services offered therein, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, specialty games, and any promotional or loyalty programme offered by tas7 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the tas7 platform and must refrain from registering an account. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
The tas7 platform is intended solely for adult players. To register and use any service on tas7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. tas7 operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will not be tolerated on this platform.
- You must be the lawful owner of, or be duly authorised to use, the payment method(s) you register with your account.
- You must not be currently self-excluded from tas7 or from any other gambling platform under an active exclusion agreement that extends to tas7.

tas7 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any point. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, tas7 will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is confirmed.
Underage Access: Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made to such an account will be refunded to the original payment source. Any winnings generated while the account was active will be forfeited in full. tas7 cooperates fully with authorities in cases involving underage gambling.
3 Account Registration & Verification
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the tas7 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
When registering your tas7 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. tas7 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of our commitment to security, anti-money-laundering compliance, and responsible gaming, tas7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months, showing your registered address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered to your tas7 profile.
KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. tas7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the life of your account, including at the point of a deposit if unusual activity is detected. Account Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
tas7 supports a range of payment methods designed to meet the needs of players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment channels are currently available:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though tas7 reserves the right to apply temporary limits during promotional periods or pending KYC verification. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name and registered to your tas7 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and bonus wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing. Verified accounts requesting withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) can expect funds to be credited within 24 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
tas7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusually large amounts. This is a standard security measure to protect players against fraud and unauthorised account access.
Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tas7 does not currently offer multi-currency wallets. Payments made in foreign currencies (if applicable) will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
tas7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket tournament specials, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity window. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
Eligible Games
Not all games on the tas7 platform contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Typically, slots contribute 100% of the bet value, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a separately stated rate. Games that are excluded from bonus wagering will be marked as such in the game lobby. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active do not count towards the wagering requirement.
General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
- tas7 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect any bonus that is already in progress for a player who has already begun meeting the wagering requirement.
- Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit low-risk bonus completion, or providing false information to claim a bonus — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for possible suspension.
- tas7's decision on any dispute relating to bonus eligibility or wagering calculation is final.
6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on the tas7 platform are provided by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all games relying on a Random Number Generator (RNG) are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
Live dealer games stream in real time from professional studios. The rules governing each game (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and others) are those of the relevant game provider and are accessible within the game interface. Malfunctions

Bets on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Test matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted subject to the specific market rules published for each event. tas7 reserves the right to suspend or void any market at any time if there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, if official results are disputed, or if the event is abandoned without a conclusive result. Minimum and maximum bet limits for sports markets are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tas7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one tas7 account, either personally or in coordination with another person.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the tas7 platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage, or any coordinated method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
- Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place wagers, complete wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Collusion: Coordinating play with other players at live dealer tables or in any game format in a way that gives an unfair advantage or exploits the game mechanics.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate tas7 transactions with your payment provider in bad faith. tas7 reserves the right to recover disputed amounts plus an administrative fee from any player found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards other players or tas7 staff via any communication channel.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
tas7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without advance notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Suspicious, irregular, or fraudulent activity has been detected on or linked to the account.
- The account is being used in a manner that may expose tas7 to legal liability, regulatory risk, or reputational harm.
- The player has initiated a self-exclusion request (voluntary closure).
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the tas7 support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tas7 will process any outstanding withdrawals to the verified payment method on file before deactivating the account. No new bets may be placed once a closure request has been submitted and acknowledged.
Outstanding Balances
In the event of account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, tas7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance (including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals) where such balance is directly linked to the breach or cannot be cleanly separated from funds derived through prohibited conduct. In all other cases of account closure (including voluntary closure), genuine real-money balances will be returned to the player after the deduction of any applicable outstanding charges.
Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the suspension notice. Please include your registered account email, a description of the situation, and any supporting evidence. tas7 will review all appeals in good faith and respond within 10 business days.
